A West Scranton native, Patti comes from a long line of restaurant owners and has been immersed in the business from a young age. She opened her own establishment in 2006, creating a space where community and great food came together. After stepping away from the business, she embarked on an exciting career as a professional poker player from 2009-2015, traveling and living in Atlantic City.
During her time in Atlantic City, Patti had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry's top chefs, including James Beard Award-winner Robert Wiedmair, where she learned the art of presentation and culinary excellence. She later joined the Garces Group, working with Iron Chef Jose Garces, specializing in Spanish tapas, further deepening her expertise in creative, high-quality cuisine.
Now back in NEPA, Patti has returned to her roots, bringing her passion for food, experience, and family legacy to her cafe and catering business. She is excited to share her love for great food and exceptional service with a region that holds so much personal meaning to her.
